Taste: This medium-bodied Chardonnay presents the enticing fragrance of a violet-scented candle followed by green apple and melon aromas. A symphony of farmers market fruit—including pineapple, kiwi, and white peach—married with slight toasty oak flavors and a fresh star fruit finish. You know what we're talking about if you've ever tasted fresh star fruit in Hawaii. Will pair well with grilled halibut, fish & chips, or even a Hawaiian pizza.

Cameron Confidential: Santa Barbara County has become one of the newest stars in the wine world. A paradise with its picturesque rolling hills sits along the Pacific Ocean; it's an ideal microclimate for world-class viticulture. Sourced from a super-premium producer located in the Arroyo Grande area and sourcing from Santa Barbara (selling Chardonnay between $18 to $60 a bottle). This producer is known primarily for Burgundian style Pinot and Chardonnay, yet this wine is reflective of those values, balanced structure, and oak. This wine has not gone through malolactic fermentation, so it maintains its brilliant acidity. Phenomenal deal!
