Taste: This wine exhibits a light to medium gold color all the way to the rim, notes of pears and apples with hints of bananas, a sensational texture, and a medium to full body. Crisp acidity supports the wine’s weight, providing terrific delineation and purity. As a more sprightly wine, enjoy this Chardonnay with lighter fare.
Cameron Confidential: This is another great Santa Barbara Chardonnay made for us by a custom crush facility that normally produces wine at the $20+ level. This wine was lightly oaked, instead emphasizing the jovial fruit. It shows some malolactic fermentation with just a kiss of French oak from high-end cooperage. This wine is yet another killer Chard value from the Santa Barbara region.
