Scrugy - Lot 53
Intense smashed black fruit, sour cherry, wood smoke, sweet spices and soy sauce on the nose. Bacon? These flavors pop on the palate, which is entirely smooth and just a bit hot. On the finish, this seems a bit too thin and fades a bit too quickly. All together, this is a strong effort and, like usual with CH, a great value. (88 pts.) - Tasted 2/25/2008. [FIND IT!]
