Light gold in the glass. Tight mousse, creamy mouthfeel, and deeper and richer than the last bottle. Wads of doughy yeast, oily hazelnut, green apple and just a light zest of citrus. This was a perfect match with crusty sourdough, steamed clams and mussels. Just a great nose and wonderful depth of flavor. (92 pts.)
