We have burned through nearly a case of (Lot 25) of this in the last two weeks. Quite simply, it rocks. For lovers of a brut zero style, be forewarned as it IS sweet. But the wine hides its sweetness so well behind a wall of tongue-pricking acidity and lots of fine mousse. And the flavors...wow...apples, pears, white fruit, biscuit, yeast, cocoa. This easily puts other $20 sparklers to shame, and will stand up to most $30 nonvintage Champagne. It's clearly an rich, opulent style, but this time of year it goes over splendidly...
