1. Damaged or Incorrect Problems

We're sorry that you're reading this! We're happy to resolve damaged, missing or incorrect delivery problems. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to resolve these issues.

Damaged Wine

We will gladly replace products that were damaged during transit. Please note you may be required to hold and/or provide evidence for the carrier while we process a damage claim. Please contact us before disposing of any damaged items.

Missing or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the meticulous accuracy of our shipping department! However, from time to time an error is does occur and we are happy to resolve the issue. In the event that you received incorrect items we may require you to hold this wine and existing packaging so we can arrange a return pickup. Please contact us before disposing of the wine or packaging.

2. Reshipping

When an order is returned to our warehouse by the carrier after several delivery attempts, we are happy to reship the order. Just Contact Us and we will assist you with the arrangements.

Please note: If your order was return was not due to an error on part of the carrier or Cameron Hughes Wine, we will charge our standard rate to cover the costs of reshipping. Please see our Shipping Information page for information on receipt of packages.

Tracking information showing delivery attempts and other information pertaining to the order is available by following the instructions on the Order Status page.

3. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Cameron Hughes Wine. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please Contact Us within 30 days of your purchase.

Dissatisfaction with the Quality/Taste of Wine Delivered

Our company is founded on the concept that excellent wine should be available at a value price. We make high priced appellations and varietals accessible to you without breaking the bank! We want you to love fall in love with our wines. For all of our releases, we provide detailed tasting notes, video tastings, links to external tasting reviews and allow customer comments on all online releases. All to assist you in your purchase decisions.

Of course, the ultimate decision on your enjoyment is yours. We try to provide as much information as we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchases (sadly, 'Virtual Taste' technology remains unavailable). We're unable to guarantee that you will enjoy every bottle of every wine you purchase. However, in the (rare!) event that you find a problem with the taste or quality, please Contact Us within 30 days of the purchase date and provide details of the issue.

Returns and Shipping Charges

Returns for refund or exchange will be processed less any original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.
